About

Hatchetfield is a normal town until people start singing. Then they start dancing. Then a musical pandemic sweeps the entire city, and it's up to Paul, an average guy who doesn't like musicals, and his friends to stop it.

Liam Grunté Theatre presents the show in association with Funeral Pyre Theatre, the company behind more than 20 productions across London, Hamilton and Toronto and the outfit that brought Frankenstein, Titus Andronicus and Murder on the Orient Express to town.

The book comes from StarKid alumni Matt and Nick Lang, with music and lyrics by Jeff Blim. Christian Caissie leads the cast as Paul Matthews, backed by an ensemble the production bills as London, Ontario's nerdiest prudes. The run includes evening performances plus afternoon matinees if you'd rather face the singing contagion in daylight.
